How to access your Online Knowledgebase from the Portal

There are a number of situations where you may want to understand more of our processes and learn further about how we work.

In addition to our Customer Service email line, we have our Online Knowledgebase available from your Portal access.

You can access the Knowledge base 3 different ways

1. By typing http://help.automationagency.com into your browser

2. From the Web Portal by clicking the Knowledgebase link in the footer

3. From the Help menu on the Left Hand Menu in the Web Portal


Then click "Online Knowledgebase"

All these methods should then lead you to the Knowledgebase where you can browse or search for answers to common questions.


This is available on all Concierge Plans
