There are a number of situations that you may want to contact customer service with an enquiry or information, rather than send in a task to be worked on by the Hero team.

Tasks and Enquiries are treated differently so it's important to send enquiries the correct way to avoid them being queued or taking up an Active Task slot.

Simply email with your enquiry

Contacting Support via Web Portal

Click Help from the Left Hand Menu

Then Click, "Support Ticket"
