There are a number of situations that you may want to contact customer service with an enquiry or information, rather than send in a task to be worked on by the Hero team.
Contacting Support by Email
Simply email [email protected] with your enquiry
Contacting Support via Web Portal
Click Help from the Left Hand Menu
Then Click, "Support Ticket"
Contacting Support via Live Chat (Available only to PRO Accounts)
From the Web Portal, select Help like above.
Then select "Live Chat"
