If you have a task that you want to purchase a Priority Pass upgrade on you have 2 ways to do this...
1. On the Task Confirmation Email
When you send in a task via Email or Portal you will receive an automatic email acknowledging that we received and logged the task.
From this email, you can click the link to upgrade the task to a priority.
IMPT! Make sure not to click the Upgrade link more than once. If you encounter any issues or the link does not seem to work, email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
2. From the Web Portal
When you are logged in to the web portal you are able to upgrade a task to priority in 2 places
When Creating a New Task
Simply check the upgrade box before clicking Request
When viewing the Task
Click on Upgrade To Priority from the menu
