AutomateOS provides unlimited usage of the core platform. There are no limits on the number of contacts you can have you only pay for your actual usage when using certain features such as Email, SMS, Phone Calls, AI Content, and certain Premium Workflow Triggers & Actions.
There are also some optional addons such as Conversation AI, WhatsApp Conversation Support and Dedicated IP that are available.
This article outlines our current pricing for this usage and provides examples of what this might look like in real life use.
Every time you send an email you will be charged. If you send an email campaign to a list of 10,000 people who are all actively subscribed, you will be charged for 10,000 emails being sent.
Sending Emails = $0.0009/email
Receiving Emails = no additional usage charge

Phone
Making and Receiving Phone calls through the AutomateOS platform will be charged. Pricing varies based on the Region of the call being made and received.
US/Canada
Making Calls = $0.0294/min
Receiving Calls = $0.0179/min
$10 will give you 340 minutes of outbound calling or 560 minutes of inbound calls
SMS
Sending and Receiving SMS through the AutomateOS platform is charged on a per segment basis. A segment is a block of (x) characters. Prices vary based on the region of the SMS number sending and receiving the SMS.
US/Canada
Sending SMS = $0.0166
Receiving SMS =

Content AI
If you choose to utilise the AI features to generate content for you within the AutomateOS platform this is charged per usage.

If you utilize our Review AI to write responses to your reviews this will be charged
